Meet Nick Bryant -the guy behind the schedule, the workflow, and probably the answer to the question, "Where are we at with that job?"

As our Operations Planner, Nick plays a huge role in keeping work moving while making sure our customers remain a top priority. With a strong background in quality and operations, he's become a trusted point of contact and someone our customers know they can count on.

Over the past number of years, Nick has grown into an invaluable member of our team. He's detail-oriented, dependable, and proof that sometimes the quiet, behind-the-scenes people are the ones keeping everything running smoothly.

We're thrilled to celebrate a special milestone- the five year anniversary for our General Manager, Jenny Jefferies.

It feels like it was only yesterday that Jenny joined Eastern Composites while at the same time she has become an important part of our management team. Since starting with us, she has helped guide our team through significant transition, always remaining focused and composed. Her leadership style, determination, and ability to tackle challenges head-on have made a lasting impact on ECS.

As we look ahead, we're excited to see what the next five years hold for Jenny as she continues to lead our team through what promises to be an exciting chapter for Eastern Composites.

From Fabrication to Installation: Teamwork Driving Success!

It’s been a busy start to the summer, and projects like this showcase the strength of our team. We are currently completing a major fiberglass scope for a valued client, involving extensive workshop fabrication, precision bonding, and detailed quality control before mobilization for onsite installation.

The scale and complexity of the work highlight the dedication, expertise, and teamwork that make projects like this possible!

Ross is a steady, reliable hand on the tools and takes real pride in his work. Every job he takes on gets the attention it deserves, with a focus on doing things the right way the first time.
He’s also got a great knack for conversation and can always be counted on to share a good story or two around the shop- helping keep the atmosphere light and the day moving along.

Eastern Composite services is a
subsidiary of Island hose and Fittings and specializes in lining vessels, pipes, agitators and pumps. In fact, they can rubber line just about any item regardless of its size or shape.
