Just a little something I put together. I crushed pork grinds and mixed with smoky mojo (summer product) and dipped my fish in egg and then the crumbs and fried !
Then the asparagus was smothered in epicure lemon pepper steamed in my rectangular steamer in microwave for 3 minutes
And then sweet potatoe I cut up and tossed a teaspoon of oil ive oil and smothers in epicures SPG!!! (Salt pepper garlic ) and out in my rotisserie air fryer for 25 minutes !
Served with epicures Chipotle Aioli !! Voila !
