On our jobsites and in our communities, we believe everyone deserves to come home safe. Today, we recognize that for far too many Indigenous women, girls, and Two‑Spirit people, that hasn’t been the reality.

Red Dress Day honours those who are missing and murdered — and reminds us that safety, respect, and accountability don’t stop at the edge of a worksite. They extend into how we treat people, how we speak up, and how we look out for one another.

At Brudco, we pause today to remember lives lost, support families still grieving, and stand alongside Indigenous communities in calling attention to a crisis that demands awareness and action.

It was a privilege to spend time connecting with community members, sharing career opportunities, and having meaningful conversations about the diverse paths within the construction and industrial services industry. Events like this are a powerful reminder of the talent, knowledge, and potential that exist within Indigenous communities.

Last week, the Senior Leadership Teams from Brudco and LN came together for our annual planning session—three days dedicated to alignment, collaboration, and setting a shared course for the future.

Coming off an incredible 2025 for both organizations, this year’s session felt especially important. It gave us the opportunity to reflect on the momentum we’ve built, learn from what’s working, and thoughtfully plan what comes next—together. Bringing both leadership teams into the same room reinforced the value of collaboration and the strength that comes from aligning our vision and priorities across both organizations.

These planning sessions are about more than strategy. They’re about ensuring we stay focused on what matters most: our people and our clients.
