Who we are
Hawkins Contracting Services Limited (HCSL) was established in 2009. Based in Stouffville, Ontario, we are general contractors in the civil and landscape construction industry. Our team has extensive experience and expertise in such areas as municipal park construction, trail systems, pedestrian bridges, site servicing and grading, bank stabilization and stream rehabilitation, and streetscaping for subdivision and commercial developments. What started as a small family business has grown to almost 50 employees, who work together to complete over 100 projects a year for municipalities, school boards, utility companies and developers.
