We are seeking a motivated Structural Designer with 1–2 years of experience in structural design to join our team.
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in structural design.
• Experience designing structures using wood, concrete, and steel.
• Strong understanding of structural drafting, detailing, and applicable building codes.
• Ability to prepare structural drawings and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
• Prepare structural drawings and design details for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of structural designs and project documentation.

2. Architectural / Civil Engineering Technologist
We are seeking an Architectural or Civil Engineering Technologist to support the design and drafting of a variety of projects.
Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Civil 3D.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, site plans, and building design.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and coordinate architectural and civil engineering drawings.
• Develop 3D models and construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Assist with permit applications, project documentation, and design coordination.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project requirements are met.
