WBI covers the construction work by over 2,600 plus licensed builders.

Serenity One Construction and Renovations is now a Licensed Residential Builder. Licensing was approved by BC Housing.

We can now offer 2-5-10 on any residential single family, duplexes, and laneways we build.

Warranties are extremely important. A 2-5-10 Home Warranty ensure that’s potential building envelope and structural deficiencies are covered by a third party warranty provider.

Our warranty provider is a progressive, industry leader, WBI Home Warranty Ltd.

This kitchen was closed off from the rest of the space, had an unnecessarily long bulkhead built, and was cheaply finished by the developer.
