The Delta IBT marketing team has been on the road across the UK, capturing customer success stories, technology innovation, and strong global partnerships in action.

The journey began in Belfast with BAC Ltd, highlighting their Delta IBT lighting and HVAC upgrade at Arches Health Care.

In London, the team connected with Lloret for insightful discussions around technology and future-focused building solutions.

The trip wrapped up in Poole with Delta OEM partner Ability by Dimplex, where they shared more on collaboration, innovation, and integrated solutions.

It’s been a whirlwind tour focused on expanding Delta IBT’s global reach and capturing the stories behind the technology.

A new chapter continues to rise, floor by floor!

What started as early groundwork has quickly taken shape over the first months of 2026. Foundations are largely complete, ground-level concrete work is nearing completion, and key structural elements, including stair cores and retaining walls, are now in place as the building begins to rise across the site.

Piece by piece, what was once a foundation is becoming a structure you can truly see and experience.

Next up: building higher, shaping the full form, and bringing our future headquarters to life!

We recently had the opportunity to present Delta IBT’s 10-year strategic plan to the Delta Electronics Board, including their Chairman & CEO, Ping Cheng, Vice Chairman, Mark Ko, and President & COO, Simon Chang, marking a significant milestone for our organization.

This achievement reflects the extensive collaboration behind the scenes across our three Lines of Business: Smart Building Solutions, Smart Lighting Solutions, and Smart Systems Solutions. Each of our strategy teams contributed their vision, expertise, and insights to shape a unified direction forward.

For the first time, we are aligned under a truly coordinated plan across Delta IBT, bringing our businesses together with a shared direction and long-term vision.

Looking ahead, we see a future of autonomous buildings powered by insight and intelligence, where value is created at the edge. Together, we are focused on advancing the technologies and solutions that will make this vision a reality.

This is a defining step forward for Delta IBT, and we’re just getting started.
