A seamless install right next door? That’s precisely what we’re delivering for the new Head Office in Castlegar, BC.

Our scope for this 15,435 sq ft facility includes installing all steel connections to the slab, mass timber components, and prefabricated exterior wall systems.

Located only a few hundred yards from Kalesnikoff’s K3 facility, this project has benefited from easy material access and Kalesnikoff’s innovative prefabricated wall system, allowing for a smooth installation.

We proudly joined British Columbia Institute of Technology to celebrate the grand opening of the Tall Timber Student Housing building, a milestone project that’s setting new standards for sustainable construction in BC.

Our partnership with BCIT goes beyond this project. Seagate values the training BCIT provides for construction professionals, whether this is through apprenticeship programs, associates certificates, HSE training, or Architectural and Building Technology.

We trust BCIT to help train our people. We have collaborated to develop mass-timber micro credential courses and are very excited to see BCIT continuing to expand on this program to help shape our growing industry for the next generation of industry specialists.
