🥳 Today, we celebrate Kyle as he begins a well-deserved retirement after 34 years with Lark Group!

Kyle’s career spans generations of Lark leadership, beginning alongside Larry Fisher and continuing with Kirk Fisher. Starting as a carpenter, he held a variety of roles throughout his career, always willing to step up wherever he was needed. Through hard work, loyalty, and dedication, he became a trusted Property Manager and an invaluable member of the Lark team.

More than the properties he helped maintain and manage, Kyle built lasting relationships and earned the trust and respect of colleagues, tenants, and partners alike. His reliability, knowledge, and steady presence made him someone people could always count on, and he will be greatly missed.

Thank you, Kyle, for your 34 years of service, commitment, and friendship. We wish you and your family all the very best in retirement and the years ahead. Please join us in congratulating Kyle on this incredible milestone. 💙

This week, we celebrated and the Lark way — with good food, great people, and a whole lot of heart. 🔥🍔🦺

We kicked things off at our City Centre 5 site in Surrey on Tuesday and then brought the energy to our Langley Arenas Project on Wednesday, gathering our teams for awards and employee recognition BBQs to celebrate the people who make safety a priority every day.

Our Safety Manager, David Kun, proudly presented Safety Awards to team members who maintained zero lost-time accidents — a true reflection of the dedication and care our crews bring to site each day. 👏

At Lark Group, safety and well-being go hand in hand. With Mental Health Week taking place alongside NAOSH Week, we’re continuing to strengthen a culture built on safety, support, and care for one another.

We came together across our sites to celebrate & learn during 🦺

From City Centre 5 in Surrey to the Langley Arenas Project, our teams took time to connect, share a meal, and get hands-on with equipment designed to reduce injuries and improve safety on site.

Safety culture isn’t built in training rooms alone — it’s built through moments like these: learning together, experiencing new tools firsthand, and reinforcing the importance of looking out for one another every day.

🎉 Join us in celebrating two incredible team members—Kennedy Bray and Juno Guo—on their 5-year Anniversary with Lark Group!

Over the past 5 years, Kennedy has played a vital role on the development side, helping bring complex projects to life with precision, collaboration, and strong leadership. As a Development Project Manager, she has been instrumental in driving progress and ensuring our projects reflect the quality and vision Lark is known for.

Over the past five years, Juno has brought exceptional creativity and visual impact to our team. From designing and building our websites to creating marketing collateral across the Lark Group of companies, her work brings consistency to our brand. She also develops the visuals and artwork behind our large-scale graphic installations, helping define how Lark shows up—both digitally and across our spaces.

Together, they represent the talent, dedication, and passion that continue to move Lark forward.

Today, we paused to honour the BC workers who lost their lives in 2025 due to workplace injuries and illnesses as well as the other who have suffered an injury while working.

We marked the Day of Mourning on each of our sites with a safety drill, a speech from our safety teams, and a minute of silence held together.

At Lark Group, safety isn't just a policy, it's a commitment we carry with us every day on site. We stand with the construction community in honouring those we've lost and in building a future where every worker comes home safely. We strive for our teams to arrive at sites at the start of the day with safety always in mind to ensure everyone gets home in the at the end.

BC Construction Month is a chance to recognize the people behind the work and the facilities those people have built. 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️🏗

Signature projects such as the North Surrey Sport & Ice Complex, Legion Veterans Village, Mulgrave School, and the Langley Events Centre Ice & Dry Arenas, along with the base buildings and tenant spaces throughout Surrey’s Health & Technology District, reflect what is possible through experienced teams, strong partnerships, and a clear, unified vision.
To the crews showing up before sunrise, the teams problem-solving on the fly, and the hands that turn plans into places where people live, work, and gather — thank you. 🛠️
