Been a minute since I’ve posted, so here’s a look at what I’ve been working on at ClearArc MetalWorks.

Over the past couple of weeks I’ve been busy with a brushed stainless handrail, frame repairs, a custom trailer part, a quick mower repair, and a few other jobs that didn’t make it into the photos.

Another project out the door.

This horse trailer came in needing a major structural frame repair. Approximately 5 feet of rotten frame rail was replaced, additional reinforcement was added where needed, and everything was reassembled and put back into service.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to earn another customer’s trust and looking forward to the next project.

A few fabrication projects I’ve been involved with over the years.

My background includes structural steel, custom fabrication, aluminum fabrication, industrial welding, handrails, repairs, and specialty projects. I’ve worked in heavy industrial fabrication, aerospace-related fabrication, marine projects, and custom metalwork throughout Nova Scotia.

ClearArc MetalWorks is currently available for custom fabrication, welding repairs, and mobile welding services.

Straightened and reinforced the gate with 2x2x1/4 tubing to bring it back into alignment.
Full design, fabrication, and install completed in roughly 3 hours.

Good day in the shop today.

Finished my fabrication table, got the galvanized trailer winch installed, and welded up an old exhaust system that was headed for the scrap pile.

One more project lined up and more work coming through the door.

Added an additional front rail per customer request, along with a new side rail and support system. All orange pieces shown are newly fabricated and installed.

Fabrication and welding completed in approximately 4 hours.

Next step: custom winch bracket installation.
