Here's a recent project we did. Home owner had a second story existing deck with no access to the back yard from the deck. We added a set of stairs to the deck so they could access the back yard from the deck and can easily let their dogs out from the main floor vs going through the basement all the time. This was a composite deck makeover. The original deck was all wooden decking and wooden handrails. This customer wanted the rear deck to match the composit in the front of the house.

Original deck had good solid framing which we were able to reuse and minimize costs.

We stripped it, redecked it with composite decking and added aluminum handrails with glass inserts and hidden lighting that luminates through the glass. This added a modern clean updated look to the rear deck.

This was an end of season deck project with privacy wall and privacy louvers we did up. Early snow got us for a few days of the project, but didn't slow us down.

Just finished up a quick acreage project.
Did a tear down of the old rail fence.
Built a new, single top rail fence with 4ft lawn fence and gates.
The client just moved into their acreage and their previous contractor did not show up. We needed the project finished within 3 days of contacting us because they had their horses showing up.
We were able to help them out and put a rush on it and get them all set up to have their horses delivered on time.

This Composite deck with gazebo was our year end project last season. It was a very unique build. The property it is on is partially zoned as an equestrian protected area. So any structures that are on it can't be permanent. Meaning they have to be able to be moved if need be. So we designed this deck with a steel frame beneath it with axle allowing you to be able to jack it up and put wheels underneath it. And built a hidden hitch so you can tow it and relocate it if necessary. Definitely a challenge to design, but worked out great. The customer uses the property to enjoy on their weekends and wanted a comfortable space to enjoy the views over the river valley and be able to be sheltered and hang out with family and friends when mother nature frowns down on us.
