It's official, effective May 1, 2024, I have sold Chinook Heating and Air Conditioning to Ben and Anna Reimer.

Jane and I want to thank the people from Taber and area for your support for the last 32 years and I hope you will continue to support Ben and Anna and Chinook Heating and Air Conditioning in the future. We wish them all the best.

Through the years we have met and worked with many wonderful people and made many good friends and will carry with us many good memories.

A little FYI about Heat Pumps in on the prairie provinces. As a
result of Trudeaus recent blab and about sudsidising the cost of installing a heat pump in your home, up to $5000.00.
Any higher efficiency Heat pump system will cost $12 to 15000
to install. Also a note almost all heat pumps lose capacity and efficiency as the temperature drops, so when the temperature
goes below 0 degrees C, the heating capacity may be reduced to only a third of its maximum capacity, well below what you will need to heat your home at 0C, so you will need to also have either
a furnace or resistance heat strips to subsidize your needs when you need it the most. Unless you live in much milder climates
like in some coastal or central southern US locations A heat pump is not in your better interest. The Trudeau government is misleading people to buy votes with something that doesn't work in most areas of Canada
