it FREE including all parts and labour AND write you a cheque for your frustration and

We guarantee the system(s) we installed in your home will heat or cool your home as we stated.
If the temperature range at the thermostat is not achieved as we promised, we will replace the
system at no charge.


Property Protection Guarantee
All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture and door frames are
protected. Damaged property will be r placed or repaired. Protective shoe covers and hall
runners will be used in all work and traffic areas.

No Lemons Guarantee
If the compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a new
outside unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new
furnace.

100°/o Money-Back Guarantee
We guarantee that the equipment we have installed will perform as we have stated. If the system
does not heat or cool your home to your satisfaction, we will remove it and return 100°/o of your
investment.

The Right Decision is an Informed Decision:

Here are a few points to consider when looking at different options for your HVAC needs:


1. Is their company a member of The Heating. Refrigeration and Air conditioner institute
(HRAI} of Canada We are.

2. Are there hidden/extra costs in their quotes? There are no hidden costs in our quotes.

3. Are their service technicians certified and licensed? Are the installers the same as service technicians? They should be two separate groups. In addition, apart from being certified
and licensed, our technicians get regular training.

4. Do they have work safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) coverage? We do.

5. How long has the company been in business? We have been in business for over 60 years.

6. Will they arrange for an installation permit from the Electrical safety Authority so you are not liable for any electrical issues? We do.

7. Will they make a 24hours/7 Days a week service commitment we do.

8. What kind of warranty are they giving? Standard warranty with the manufacturer is
10 year parts. Are they giving you any labour? Do you have to maintain your equipment and pay
them a premium every year to honour your warranty? With Reliance, you do not have to
maintain your equipment (Extra charge every year) in order for us to honour you the warranty.

9. Does the company give you any guarantees.

10. Does the company give you any accessories with their quotes (thermostat, filter, air
conditioner cover, etc.)?

11. If it's a rental, what is the term ? When can you get an upgrade? Do they do maintenance
every year? Filter changes and humidifier pad changes every year?


The right decision is an informed decision. The installation of your new furnace and air-conditioner is the most important part. If you do not install it properly, savings are not guaranteed, and the efficiency of the system can be jeopardized.
