CGN Construction Ltd is geared towards framing projects of all sizes. We are able to tackle anything from single family homes, apartments, multi-family and commercial framing. We have a skilled crew of dedicated workers to take on any size project with the support and equipment to back us up.
2025 has been a great year and we are excited to see where 2026 takes us as we focus in on framing projects in central Alberta and the foothills.

Out with the old, in with the new!

Exterior upgrade of three hills IGA complete.
We did removal of existing stucco and installed new siding.
Once removed stucco we found several rot issues which were addressed and fully repaired prior to installing new siding.

CGN crew did an awesome job on this extensive project!

A whole lot can change in a few weeks!
This addition project is well underway and closed in.
Full icf foundation, attached garage and new entry/storage and bathroom. Soon we will be working on slab prep and getting exterior wrapped with new snaplock tin roof, vinyl siding and stone.

The siding portion of this job is getting wrapped up in Jasper!
The crew in Jasper has been hard at work for several weeks installing Hardie lap siding and Hardie board and batten siding.
We had the pleasure to do the full exterior of this building including snaplock tin roof, soffits, fascia and seamless eavestrough.
We are excited to be wrapping this project up and starting the next unit framing package.

This week we went back to Jasper for the first time since the wildfires. It's a strange feeling continuing work on a new structure while surrounded by such devastation.

I am happy to have the opportunity to work on projects in Jasper and look forward to continuing to build housing in this beautiful place. We are working on James Hardie siding on this 18 unit apartment building with an awesome crew of some locals!
