Kitchen install on our Woodside project is in full swing! 🛠️✨

Cabinetry is officially underway, and we’ve got one of our best on the job. Mike’s been handling everything from precision laser lines to fine adjustments to make sure this new, open-concept layout goes in flawlessly.

The client's dog tried to step in as backup supervisor on slide 4, but honestly, Mike’s already got it fully under control. 🐕

Not all damage is surface level. 🧱⚠️

This home’s foundation wall had shifted inward, creating a serious structural issue that required the right approach. Our team is carefully excavating along the exterior and preparing to install temporary supports so we can safely remove the compromised block wall.

From there, we rebuild it the right way.

It’s not the kind of work you always see, but it’s the kind that matters most.

We’ve officially kicked off concrete work, starting with upgrades that will improve accessibility across the site, including new ramp installations to help make the space more welcoming and easier to navigate for everyone.

There’s something incredibly satisfying about watching a massive steel I-beam fly into place. This beam is the new backbone of the home, doing the heavy lifting so we can safely remove those old dividing walls.

We’re officially one step closer to that seamless, open-concept living space the owners have been dreaming of. Stay tuned for more updates as this transformation continues!
