Beginning this week, randomly selected customers may receive a phone call or email invitation from UtilityPULSE, a trusted market research company that has conducted surveys for utilities across Ontario for over 25 years.

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete, and all responses are strictly anonymous. Your input helps us measure our performance and identify ways to enhance our service to you.
