We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team!
If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a busy, hands-on crew, we want to hear from you.

Position: Welder / Fabricator / Field Worker
Pay: Up to $40/hr — Plenty of overtime available
Bonus: $1,000 retention incentive after 1 year
Schedule: Monday to Friday (with optional overtime)

Work includes:

Rebuilding and repairing heavy equipment buckets

On-site welding and fabrication

General heavy equipment repair and maintenance

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years welding/fabrication experience

Ability to work independently in the field

Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
