Huge shout out to our Co-op student / Apprentice, Hayden!
He's put together 2 of these big rock breaker cylinders all by himself!

This young man is incredible! Not only does he work for us 8hrs a day for his co-op, he also works a part time job, and still finds time to be a normal outgoing young man!

Takes the bus to the shop everyday, never late, never complains, listens, and has a real genuine aptitude for mechanics.

We're proud of you Hayden! And we're thrilled to have you on the team! Keep up the good work!

Had the pleasure to attend a career fair with our Co-op Student / Apprentice.

Shout out to Hayden for putting together a sweet display of the variety of things we do and use around the shop.

Great to see the amount of trades that were on display, and all the future tradesmen / women.

Also shout out to O-Gorman High School and everyone involved in the co-op program. Its much different from when i did mine, in a really good way.

Really excellent program, and way to promote trades!

This big Stick Cylinder came in Friday morning, rush, needed back by saturday.
The team got together and managed to get it done before 4 o'clock, Friday!
The rod seal failed, "quick" re-seal that included;

-Honed barrel
-Polished rod
-Cleaned / Inspected all parts
-Re-sealed with new seals and re-assembled
-Piston Nut was torqued to spec @ 25812 lbs/ft (+/- 1100lbs/ft)
-Bench test
-Loaded on the truck by 4 o'clock

In and out in under 8hrs. Awesome work team!
