We are looking for a hard-working and initiative person to join our team for Project Manager Assistant/Marketing Coordinator position.
Duties:
• Managing office administrative procedures and establishing new one
• Filing and maintaining the document system
• Supervising records of labor hours and expenses
• Creating and implementing work priorities, ensuring deadlines are met
• Carrying out warehouse and office inventory
• Assisting in preparation of documents as quotes, invoices, sales orders
• Preparing project plan, project scope, project budget and monitoring project progress
• Co-ordinating and planning for office supplies, equipment, disposal of assets, parking and security services
• Collecting data and preparing project reports, tracking charts, checklists
• Identifying and resolving project issues, inter-dependencies, and conflicts
Skills:
• Undergraduate degree or post-secondary education preferred
• PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
• Ability to deal with confidential materials in an appropriate manner
• Extremely organized individual with attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, with an eagerness to learn and grow
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills with a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge how to create social media posts
• Basic photo editing and copywriting skills
• Fluency in English
Job Type: Part-Time
