Precision in the Heart of Leslieville 📍
Our latest project marks the second location for this premier Toronto wellness brand. This client was acquired through a detailed renovation of its first location in the downtown Toronto area. We transformed an existing blank space into a high-performance, yet community based recovery center, which required a surgical approach to infrastructure.
The Build Highlights:
• Complex Integration: Seamless coordination between our framing, electrical, plumbing, hvac and concrete teams with specialized cold plunge and sauna manufacturers.
• Sub-Slab Engineering: Slab-on-grade construction featuring sunken tub installs and a custom structural steel raised deck in the wet area.
• Fluid Dynamics: Ex*****on of highly sophisticated pool and water supply systems to meet rigorous brand standards.
• Adaptive HVAC: On-the-fly mechanical upgrades to ensure optimal climate control for a high-moisture environment.
Wrapped in micro cement finishes, highlighted by beautiful cedar and topped off with fine tuned custom cabinetry, this marks a true masterclass in collaborative construction.
