Chosen as General Contractor, MARANT Construction partnered with Ellman Design Inc. to renovate this confidential financial institution’s multi-floor office space in Toronto.

The goal of the renovation was to improve the office by reducing sound transfer, upgrading electrical and mechanical systems, and modernizing amenities to better support staff in their daily work.

During the three phases of renovation, MARANT maintained clear communication with the client, exceeding their expectations and swiftly addressing any requests that emerged during construction with ease.

MARANT successfully delivered a revitalized and more favourable space for the client’s office staff.

Reflecting on one of our previous projects, MARANT Construction proudly partnered with and to transform ’s Kitchener office—seamlessly blending over 100 years of history with a bold new vision.

As Construction Manager, MARANT led the full interior renovation, upgrading infrastructure and incorporating modern finishes while preserving the building’s original brick-and-beam character. All work was completed without compromising the integrity of the historic structure.

The result: a revitalized, future-ready workspace that respects the past while supporting Staebler Insurance’s evolving needs. A true example of heritage thoughtfully reimagined.

Despite the less-than-ideal weather, our team had a fantastic time. From delicious BBQ to the ice cream truck and a spirited MARANT raffle draw, the day was full of memorable moments.

We're proud to reflect on a successful multi-phase renovation we completed in collaboration with Avison Young and InStudio Design in 2020 for Gowling WLG at First Canadian Place in Toronto. This intricate project involved renovating several key office floors and client-facing conference areas while ensuring the firm’s operations continued seamlessly. Through meticulous planning, strategic swing space management, and close collaboration during the design and pre-construction phases, we delivered a high-impact renovation that aligned perfectly with the client’s creative vision and financial goals.

MARANT Construction was selected as the for the interior fit-out of a Confidential Government Agency office, designed to enhance the work environment and better meet employee needs. This office project featured a new layout with small meeting rooms, private offices, a quiet relaxation area, collaboration lounges, and an adaptable boardroom that opens into the lunchroom for a more interactive atmosphere. The open workstation design was chosen to foster accessibility and inclusivity.

Reflecting on one of many remarkable projects part of our 25-year history, MARANT Construction was honoured to serve as the for the interior build-out of Coca-Cola Canada's headquarters in in 2013.

This project involved consolidating and relocating Coca-Cola Canada into a vibrant, innovative facility. In order to provide the required space, three floors were added atop the existing SUN Newspaper building by First Gulf Corporation. Working alongside our project partners Figure3 and Smith + Andersen, our work included creating a bright and spacious atrium perfect for large gatherings and versatile amenities spaces such as meeting rooms, lounges, a large cafeteria, and an outdoor patio. This project emphasized hashtag and successfully achieved certification.

Through strategic planning, sustainable design, and seamless collaboration, our team successfully delivered a headquarters that aligned with Coca-Cola Canada's forward-thinking and commitment to its workforce.

Our team proudly participated in the 17th annual Ride to Conquer Cancer on June 8 & 9, raising over $250,000 to support the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre! 🎉🚴‍♀️

Braving the elements and cycling hundreds of kilometers over two days, our team of 40+ riders showcased extraordinary endurance, spirit, and determination. This year’s ride brings our cumulative fundraising total to nearly $3.25 million since we began participating in 2008. All funds directly support groundbreaking research, innovative treatments, and compassionate care provided by the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, helping to improve outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients and their families.

A BIG thank you to all our generous supporters – we couldn't have achieved this incredible fundraising milestone without your unwavering support and generosity year after year!

Meet Carlo Martini, the Vice President of Project Delivery Services at MARANT Construction and one of the inspiring co-captains of our team. With a lifetime of riding experience and 16 years of riding the , Carlo's dedication only strengthens with each passing year. Since his inaugural ride, Carlo has raised over $300,000, contributing to the overall $3 million raised by the team.

"For me, the Ride to Conquer Cancer goes beyond cycling. It's a deeply personal journey fueled by the impact cancer has had on my loved ones. With every pedal stroke, we honour those we've lost, celebrate the survivors, and reaffirm our commitment to a cancer-free future. I'm immensely proud to see our team expand, with over 45 cyclists proudly wearing the MARANT jersey. Keep an eye out for our vibrant yellow and blue jerseys as we make our mark over the Ride weekend!"

What’s with the red polka-dotted jersey? In the Tour de France, the polka-dotted jersey is awarded to the ‘King of the Mountains’, the rider who leads the pack in the Mountains Classification. In the , the polka-dotted jersey is given to the first ten riders to raise $15,000.00 in fundraising for that year. Carlo Martini has earned the limited-edition polka-dotted jersey twice!
