Thank you Lindsay for your 5-star review: Julian and his team are incredible. They did everything from start to finish! They are so responsive, reliable, easy to contact and worth every penny!
They removed our oil furnace, relocated and installed a new gas furnace. Installed a new tankless hot water system (Julian helped us figure out what our best options were.) We had all new duct work and even some custom pieces.
We could not be happier with the job they did for us or recommend them more highly.
We will continue to use them for the upkeep and care of our new systems.

Thank you Christine for your 5-star review: Julian came high recommended for tankless hot water installation from a friend. I was in the market to replace my aging rental tank with an upgrade Navien system and was especially interested to work with a private organization versus a corporate behemoth. Julian showed his business sensibility by from the start by way of his responsiveness to my initial call and myriad of questions and eye for problem solving as my install required a bit of piping creativity for a new 2" vent line. On the day of installation, he and Shaft arrived on time, got started quickly and had the installation completed in reasonable time. Their work was very clean, efficiently executed, and they took the time to walk through the operation of the new unit along with the process to return my old rental unit.

The final product has met my expectations in so far as a thoughtful and clean piping lines, very tidy appearances with the use of collars around the venting to "smarten" the look of the new vent line that needed to be installed through my finished basement and clamps to secure water, drain and power supply lines to hard surfaces (vs the sloppy job from the original plumbing that left water lines minimally supported). I am very happy with the Navien unit Julian recommended for my home and overall, very pleased with Julian and Shaft's professionalism, craftsmanship, and overall ease to do business together. Pricing for my job was competitive with quotes from other resources.

This is your monthly reminder to change your 1 inch furnace filter!! It is good practice to change them every month unless you keep a clean home then every 2 months is recommended.

Thank you Josh for your 5-star review: We were so impressed with the service Julian provided. Julian showed up within hours of calling him and was very knowledgeable and told us what was wrong with our pool heater. He immediately told us what our options were and we decided to replace our pool heater. Julian ordered it right away and had it installed and completed within a few days. He is very professional and a really nice and approachable guy. We would definitely use Julian again in the future for any hvac issues.

Fall reminder: Don't forget to reverse your ceiling fans for the fall and winter seasons. Recirculating the warm air will help your heating unit run less often.
