The company has announced a major workforce expansion at its West Seneca facility, with plans to fill 30 new skilled positions immediately. The new roles span a wide range of technical and professional expertise, including Machinists, Maintenance Technicians, Winders, Motor Assemblers and Disassemblers, Motor Testers, Shippers, Production Managers, Project Coordinators, Global Sourcing Coordinators, and Material Planners. These positions are integral to Sherwood’s core mission: the servicing, repair, and remanufacturing of critical electrical rotating equipment for major OEMs and transit authorities.
