Started in rough condition and rebuilt into a clean, finished exterior that reflects our clients’ vision.

New metal roofing and updated siding define the exterior, with all openings replaced, including a garage door with privacy glass.

Exterior lighting was added throughout, bringing the structure together.

This rear deck was built to carry the home outward and create a covered outdoor space that feels fully connected to the house.

The structure includes a solid roof with integrated lighting and clean columns that frame the space without overcomplicating it. Everything was finished in a deep green tone to match the exterior, keeping the entire look consistent. 🏑

From framing to final details, the goal was simple - make it feel like it was always part of the home. βš’οΈ

PROJECT ANNETTE β€” THE OFFICE
This former bedroom was fully gutted and converted into a home office.

🏑 The renovation included new insulation and the removal of the existing exterior door and window, replaced with a sliding door that opens onto the rear deck. Custom cabinetry was installed and finished with crown molding, with integrated lighting inside the millwork.

The original 100-year-old hardwood flooring was refinished to preserve the character of the home. New trim and a new door were installed. The walls, door and trim were painted in navy blue to match the cabinetry. The color gives the office its own character. ✨
