To support our continued growth, we will need assistance in our Human Resources and Sales departments from a Sales Recruiter and Trainer. Reporting to the VP, People & Operations the Sales Recruiter will be responsible for all areas of recruitment in addition to assisting and executing the training and development plans for new sales’ recruits.
Job Duties: include the following but not limited to:
Develops and executes recruitment plans with CCO
Network through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, social media, competitors to develop a pool of potential & qualify candidates who can help the company grow rapidly
Responsible for the recruitment and selection of new employees & potential candidates (job postings, screening of resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews)
Develop and track goals for recruiting and hiring process
Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet position requirements
Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
Develop appropriate screening, interview processes, interview scoring, recruitment testing, and selection processes
Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
Follow-up with managers regularly to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Work with the hiring managers to develop training and onboarding plans for each hire
Develop and conducts general training with new hires, including (but not limited to) orientation, health, and safety, quality processes, company culture, basic sales and sales operations related processes
Meets with the management team and provides advice and counsel with respect to Human Resource Planning, Employment Law, and other HR-related issues
Supports the management team in employment terminations and exit interviews
Administrates organizational Human Resources Policies and Procedures (company forms, agreements)
Administrates Time and Attendance Employee Records
Administrates and distributes Employee Performance Review Programs by working with departmental managers and supervisors
Administrates Training Records; ensuring they are up to date
Works with Management to create and implement Employee Recognition programs
Ensures company acts within the requirements of the ESA and Human Rights Commission
Assists in other areas of Human Resources and sales operations as required
Job Specifications:
Education: University or College degree.
Experience: 1-3 years’ experience within Recruiting, Training, HR Management, and Payroll Administration
Knowledge/Training: (preferable but not required)
- Human Resources Certificate, Payroll Certificate
- Good understanding of sales KPIs & metric
- CHRP or working towards this designation
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of HRIS systems

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
