Last Thursday marked our companys 10th Anniversary!
Thank you to everyone that was a part of these ten amazing years!
| 10 year Logo by Tomomi.
| Where it all started. This tiny corner of our 527 sf one bedroom condo.
| I was scared what my wife, Jenny, would think about no longer having a steady job. So she gave me this card on day 2 and it was all the motivation I needed ❤️
| Day 1 in our real office with our two original desks.
| Our first large project. 13,000 square feet custom home in King City.
| As a lifelong Leafs fan, meeting Morgan Rielly and Tessa Virtue and working on their house was a major highlight. Thank you again to re:Placement Design and Lionfish Development.
| One of, if not our most unique project. Thank you to Will Hudson for trusting us with this one.
| First on-air appearance on Property Brothers
| Logan House. One of the many structurally challenging designs Craig Race Architecture threw at us over the past ten years.
| Our first Best of Homestars Award.
| Our most expensive project. 16 Sironas Lane. Located in an exclusive gated community inside the Magna Golf Club in Aurora. Listed for $12.8M in 2022. Thank you to Maple Leaf Development.
| We've had many projects with views of the CN Tower but none like this unique sign marking the end of plastic straws for A&W Restaurants.
| Couldn't have done it without our YCL team! Both past and present.
| Laneway and Garden Suites were approved several years into our business. This is one of our favorite ones. Thank you to Lanescape.
| This past season marked our tenth consecutive season sponsoring minor hockey with the York Mills Hockey Club.
| Cantilevered BBQ project. Thank you to Elite Concrete. Rip Raffy 🙏
| Filming a scene for Holmes on Homes: Building a Legacy
| Another one of our more unique looking projects located in Regent Park.
| One of our earlier unique projects. Converting this downtown Toronto house into a law office.
| Several of our magazine features over the past ten years.
