Did a repair to homowers house some years ago repaired a (one) foundation wall crack repair at basement stair wall area. Some years later the homeowner made a warranty claim. My son and i went out there to inspect this claim.At time of arrival it was noted that homowner had stairs temp removerd and asked if we could inspect by use of ladder to enter basement. It was noted at time of inspection of basement some evidence was clearly present of some 9 -12 area were evidence of past leakage areas included mostly of foundation cracks.I questioned Mr homowner why if our company only ever repaired one crack by injection was there evidence of our trademark materials used on 3-4 cracks in his basement. He then admitted he hired our technician on the side apparently after hours he said and admitted to a cost per crack which was a fraction of true cost was at that time. I abrutly got upset and stated he had some nerve to call us for a so called warranty claim with so much of our stolen material used in his home. We /my son and i, abrutly left his home.If at any date any realtor need any help regards these many basement issues call us anytime.
Note; replacement blanket upper half insulation not matching other areas+ numerous evidence of foundation repairs by others + numerous areas of past perimeter leakage stains.
Suggest buyers ask for a warranty for past work in basement
