What started off as a frustrating experience — a 7-hour delay, ground-level check-in, and remote gate boarding — was thankfully turned around by some amazing people at Air India.

Their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism truly stood out — they’re real assets to Air India, and we’re grateful for their service.
That said, we have to call out the shocking condition of the aircraft (VT-ALM) — especially in First Class. Broken seat controls, a non-functional entertainment system, and an outdated, worn-down interior. 🛠️🪑
We sincerely hope Air India’s refurbishment plans come through soon — your incredible crew deserves better equipment, and so do your passengers.
