PASSIONATE ABOUT GOLD
Victoria Gold Corp., is a leading gold exploration and development company advancing the Eagle Gold Deposit to production. Additionally, Victoria continues to explore key projects in the Yukon and Nevada to build on Victoria’s current global mineral inventory of 7.7 million gold ounces. Victoria is focused on bringing the Eagle Gold Deposit into production, scheduled for Q4,
2014. The Dublin Gulch property also hosts the Potato Hills Trend, a 7 km x 3 km band of significant multi-element mineralization with an extensive exploration campaign underway. In Nevada, the company is focused on exploration of its core properties; Cove- Helen Zone, Santa Fe, and Mill Canyon. The Dublin Gulch property is 100%-owned by Victoria and situated in central Yukon, Canada, approximately 40 kilometers from the town of Mayo and covers an area in excess of 400 square kilometers. The property enjoys year-round road access and Yukon’s main electrical grid running within 25 kms of the Eagle Gold Deposit. The Eagle Gold Deposit hosts a NI 43-101 Compliant Mineral Resource of 4.8 million Indicated gold ounces and 1.5 million Inferred gold ounces. A positive Pre-Feasibility Study, using $900 gold, was completed in Q1 2010 which concluded the Eagle Gold Deposit was an economically feasible open-pit valley leach operation with average annual production of 170,000 ounces of gold per year at a total cash cost of approximately $500/ounce with an initial capital cost of $280 million, based on Probable Reserves of 1.75 million gold ounces. In December 2010, Victoria submitted an environmental assessment application for the Eagle Gold Deposit to the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board. The environmental assessment is the precursor to receiving mining permits for construction and operations. This work is on-going and progressing as forward as planned. In 2011, the company is focused on completing a Feasibility Study on the Eagle Gold Deposit and conducting a $9 million exploration program on the broader Dublin Gulch property. In Nevada, exploration work continues with drilling planned for later this year. Upcoming Catalysts:
