We recently replaced a heat exchanger on a Navien unit that we originally installed 5 years ago. The system had been regularly maintained, but even with proper care, components can sometimes fail over time.

This Yorkville penthouse features 36 mud-in linear slot diffusers, seamlessly integrated into drywall and custom wood ceilings — delivering air distribution without compromising aesthetics.

Every plenum was custom fabricated and field-verified with multiple rounds of measuring and levelling to ensure a true “invisible” finish once installed.

With runs stretching up to 16’, 14’, and 12’, this is where mechanical ex*****on becomes architectural detail.

No bulkheads. No visual clutter.

Boiler board install 🔧🔥 — Wasaga Beach project

This one was all about efficiency on and off site.

We built and piped the majority of this system offsite, allowing for a clean, streamlined install with minimal time in the home — a huge advantage on boiler replacements.

The existing system had taken a beating from extremely hard water, leading to premature issues. To solve that, we converted the system to glycol, protecting the equipment and improving long-term reliability.

Now this system is set up to handle:

✔️ Space heating for hydronic air handler + radiant floor
✔️ Domestic hot water through an indirect storage tank
✔️ New water softener to extend system lifespan

Built right, protected properly, and designed to last.
