Progress continues at our T&T Supermarket project in North York!

This 66,000+ sq. ft. flagship location is being converted from an existing below-grade grocery space into Ontario’s largest T&T Supermarket. Organized around a dramatic open atrium and built to support a high-volume grocery retail environment, this location will be a strong addition to Empress Walk’s retail offering.

The Leslie Link Industrial Condos project is officially underway!

Earlier this month, our team attended the groundbreaking for this new industrial condominium development in Richmond Hill for GWL Realty Advisors, with Rochon leading construction. It was a good opportunity to connect with project partners and mark the start of work on site.

The project will deliver over 120,000 sq. ft. of new industrial condo space in Richmond Hill.

We’re proud to be part of this project and to be working alongside all project partners as construction progresses.

We’re pleased to announce that Rochon has been awarded the Leslie Link Industrial Condos project in Richmond Hill!

Developed by GWL Realty Advisors, this project will deliver a high-quality industrial condominium development in a well-established and highly connected GTA location.

The project consists of 14 industrial condo units totaling approximately 120,000+ sq. ft., designed to support a range of users. We’re looking forward to working closely with GWL and all partners on delivery.

The Choice Caledon Business Park, Building H project is complete!

This facility includes over 625,000 sq.ft. of warehouse space with a 40 ft clear height, designed to accommodate high-density racking, automation, and conveyor systems. Additionally, a fully integrated office component exceeding 16,000 sq.ft. supports day-to-day operations.

The space now serves as a modern logistics hub for National Logistics Services. We’re proud to have delivered this high-quality industrial facility purpose-built to support efficient distribution and operational performance.

The Enbridge, Toronto Office Project is Complete!

We’re proud to have delivered Enbridge’s new LEED Gold targeted operations and office facility in downtown Toronto, comprising underground parking, three storeys, and a penthouse level.

This project required careful planning and ex*****on from day one. The site was widely regarded as one of the most contaminated in Toronto, requiring significant remediation and environmental controls before vertical construction could begin. Rochon developed and implemented a comprehensive Soil and Groundwater Management Plan, ensuring all impacted soil and groundwater were handled in full compliance with applicable environmental regulations, including the off-site disposal of contaminated materials.

These remediation requirements drove a highly technical build, relying on deep excavations, shoring, dewatering, and suspended slab construction, all executed within the constraints of a dense urban environment.

Delivered with long-term flexibility in mind, the structure was engineered to accommodate future vertical expansion, with roof-level and structural provisions in place to support additional storeys as Enbridge’s needs evolve.

A complex site. A technically demanding build. A future-ready, high performance facility - all delivered with client satisfaction!

The latest Rochon Golf Simulator League is complete - congratulations to Paul and Michael, winners of the Fall League, and Trevor and Zarina, who took the title in last year’s Spring League.

This season featured 10+ teams of two competing in alternate-shot, 9-hole matches, bringing teams together for weeks of friendly competition, great shots, close matchups, and plenty of fun along the way.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the league a success. Beyond the competition, it was a great opportunity to connect as a team and enjoy some time together.

We’re already looking forward to the upcoming Winter / Spring League!

The Coleraine Warehouse Expansion in Bolton is complete!
