Today we're highlighting Patrick Maucieri, Sales Manager for Siltech's Personal Care and Industrial products. Patrick has been with the company for 7 years (his anniversary lands on December 1st)! Here is how Patrick feels about working at Siltech:
"One of the things I really enjoy about working at Siltech is the flexibility we're given to serve our customers the way they need to be served. Every customer and every situation is different. Having the freedom to be responsive, think creatively, and adapt to their needs allows me to build stronger relationships and, most importantly, deliver real value. I'm proud to work for a company that trusts its people to do what's best for the customer. That flexibility makes a big difference, not only in how we serve our customers, but also in how much I enjoy what I do every day."
