After 20 years with Siltech, Gene Ward is beginning a well-deserved new chapter through retirement!
Since joining Siltech as our very first US Sales Representative, Gene has been a familiar face to customers across America, building lasting relationships and helping grow our presence throughout the coatings and other industries. This year's American Coatings Show (ACS) marked Gene's final trade show with Siltech, a fitting milestone for someone who has spent so many years representing our company with dedication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
As Gene prepares for retirement at the end of July, we're excited to see Leighton LeBoeuf take over his territories and continue the strong customer relationships Gene helped build.
Fun fact: When Gene isn't talking coatings, you'll likely find him talking guitars! An avid guitar enthusiast, Gene enjoys buying, selling, and playing guitars—and even played in a band during his younger years. 🎸
