Weekend project - making a canvas for The Chalk Artist to take apart, paint and easily reassemble using panel mount clips. The CNC drilled and machine the holes to match everything up exactly and it was just a screw together operation from there!

Another big puzzle in our shop right now. This one won't actually fit in the shop it is so tall, so the top layer we'll only do on site. Once things started going up it all started to move so fast and is very satisfying! The birch plywood structural system has thick solid banding and western red cedar panel between. The structural system becomes part of the final finished surface with exposed portions finished with furniture oil. Designed by for a special project in Toronto.

A few retail display pieces for an Industrial Design firm. Solid surface parts, flip machined, some manual processes and sanded to a matte finish.

Some.of the textures take a lot of machining time but the sunlight coming through the door to the shop catches nicely on this one!
