Prior to demolition of this upper beaches home we dug 2 bore holes to determine soil bearing capacity and ground water levels.

The ground water levels are not as bad as we thought and we will be pushing forward to start this build as soon as permits are issued. Great news! Now we will be able to achieve 9’ ceilings finished in the basement.

Exploratory work prior to the build commencing often times mitigate costly delays later on. It’s very impressive. The depth of knowledge the geotechnical engineer has about Soil is insane. 🤯 .architect
