Every day, business owners look for accountants to manage their company’s finances, architects to design their next project, engineers to support a commercial development, and lawyers to resolve business disputes. These are real people with real needs, actively looking for solutions.
At Mario Duval Solutions, this is where our work begins. We focus on identifying existing demand for the services our clients provide and creating a direct connection between those potential customers and the businesses equipped to serve them.
Here’s how our client acquisition model works.
Let’s say you’re a CPA looking to expand your accounting firm. You already have the expertise, the capacity to serve additional businesses, and the infrastructure to handle new accounts. However, consistently finding companies that need accounting services takes time away from serving your existing clients.
The same approach can apply to an architecture firm looking for larger projects, an engineering company seeking commercial contracts, a law firm interested in business litigation, or a specialized service provider looking to acquire customers with substantial long-term value.
Our objective is to connect the demand we identify with the businesses that can fulfill it.
We’re also building databases of approximately 500 to 1,000 potential prospects around the services our partner businesses offer. This gives us a broader pool of opportunities to investigate and helps us develop a more consistent approach to finding people whose needs align with our clients’ expertise.
Of course, not every conversation becomes a transaction. The value comes from identifying relevant demand, establishing meaningful connections, and creating opportunities for businesses to acquire customers who could become valuable long-term clients.
Our business model is straightforward: we get paid when you get paid.
There are no upfront fees for our client acquisition partnership. Our compensation is tied to the business you actually close, according to the terms of our agreement. We invest our efforts in finding opportunities, and we earn our compensation when a qualifying transaction generates payment for you.
We’re currently looking to establish partnerships with CPAs, accounting firms, architects, engineers, lawyers, commercial service providers, and other businesses interested in expanding their customer base.
If you’re operating a service-based business, have the capacity to take on additional clients, and want to explore a different approach to customer acquisition, I’d be interested in learning more about your business.
If you believe there could be a fit, feel free to contact me directly. Let’s discuss your business and explore whether we can build a partnership that creates value for both sides.
