The conversation brought together founders and leaders to talk about what it really takes to build strong teams, healthy company culture, and sustainable growth as organizations scale.

At Speer, this topic is deeply connected to how we have grown. Since the beginning, we have believed in hiring curious, early-career, and innovative talent, then creating the conditions for people to learn, lead, and grow. Some of our strongest team members started with us through internships, co-ops, and university partnerships, and have since grown into senior leaders who now shape our products, client work, and company culture.
