Starting a project to open up this existing attached garage to be a drive thru into the back yard, where a detached garage will be built. This required an engineered drawing first as a support beam is required.

Check out our little friend hiding in the last picture. He will be safely removed and relocated by the proper agency.

PART 1 project photos of this renovation we recently did in . Unfortunately on this project we were called in fix/finish another contractor’s poor craftsmanship. He also had the nerve to overcharge for it. We came in with a detailed contract in place, a competitive price, and the right people and tools to do the job, the RIGHT way.
