Beautiful home in Kleinberg getting new tiles installed on main floor.

Power room was 32x60 tiles, entrance with hardwood border has 4 tiles of 48x48 custom cut and polished onsite to fit a 78x89 opening. Main floor mudroom with power room received 24x48 and s cons floor laundry room received the same 24x48 with a fully waterproofed pan using uncoupling membrane and sheet membrane from floor to up the walls 4" to waterproof the pan area for the washing machine with a curb.

Looking forward to the 4 other bedroom bathrooms coming up soon. Stay tuned for those before and after.

This project was tile and laminate removal and new vinyl flooring throughout main floor.

Removed approximately 350 sq ft tile and 300 sq ft laminate and installed a seamless.install thought the main floor.

Another curbless shower with envelope cut tiles for shower floor completed today.

Tiled baseboards with M-D PRO uncouplingembrane and membrane for shower walls

Client supplied tiles and grout, tested and working perfect.

Part 2 -

24x48 porcelain tiles installed at this site wrapping from the front door to back kitchen into the power room, mud room, and laundry room.

Using ARDEX Canada cements and M-D PRO prova uncoupling membrane with MAPEI Canada grout and matching silicones made this project come together beautifully.

Customer came back f on a 2 week vacation, although receiving photo updated, when they walked in and saw the finished space they were blown away.

I am so grateful to work with such great people in my line of work and seeing my clients react to the work makes it all worth while.

Now off to get a new spinal cord!! šŸ¤£

Part 1 -

Customer wanted to have their main floor tiles replaced. Existing tiles were installed so poorly the grout was cracking and they were almost all removed without any effort. No back buttering or bond to tiles.

I removed all the tiles and drypack installed and screwed the subfloor down. A coat of bonding primer was installed and uncoupling membrane was installed on the entire space approx 800 sq ft.

Had a wonderful time working with my chiropractor office. Renovations happen d at night as the facility is open 7 days a week.

I converted a large office and storage room into a small office and additional massage room for the office to use.

Removed one of the doors from the gym in gich was a double pocket door and converted into a single pocket door. Used the door from the gym as the new massage room door.

Used the original office door to make a new entrance from the main lobby of on the new office space.

Closed a window which was going to be in the new massage room off from the inside and all drywall finishing as finished and painted. Floors alter d as needed. Security cameras and data lines moved to new locations as needed.
