Hardwood install job completed last week for one of my neighbours. Removed all the carpet in 4 bedrooms and disposed. Installed matching 3 1/4” hardwood to what the builder installed in the hallway and man floor. All new shoe trim supplied an installed also.

Little Saturday work last weekend.

Previous client called me to come and install a custom mantle they had made for their fireplace wall.

Previously when I was onsite doing hardwood and trim for their entire main floor, they had me repair the drywall over the fireplace and rewire a plug to be installed into this future mantle.

Mantle was installed and wiring placed within it and a surface plug put into place for the clients future needs such as decorations and whatnots.

Wall was painted and site was cleaned up.

This is the completed project to the previous post of the basement facelift.

All painting , trims, doors, ceilings completed. Bathroom finished with under vanity nightlight.

Staircase capped with flooring and customer had me finish the main floor staircase which I capped with oak treads and the stringers and risers painted white. Treads were stained black as per customers request.

Another one in the books and off to the next one.

Current project , phase 1 of photos ! Project not complete yet

in this project, I demoed in an existing finished basement all the flooring, the three-piece bathroom, the kitchenette backsplash, all the baseboard tiles in the kitchenette area and carpet on the stairs.

Three piece bathroom was redone with a 32 x 48“ shower fully tiled and waterproof with an acrylic shower base new tile floor new 24 inch vanity new toilet new bathroom exhaust fan pot lights.

In the rest of the space, all the wall damages have been repaired, sanded, primed, and all walls painted

Ceilings were all painted twice over, currently installing new flooring throughout the space new photos will be added once the project is complete

Christmas break - lol. Yup worked over Christmas for one of my neighbors.

Bathroom was already gutted, played and installed complete waterproofing system, and uncoupling membrane for the floor. Customer supply 24 x 48” polished porcelain marble looking tile tiles for the bathroom floor and shower walls..

Custom-made niche we’re in the shower with custom glass shower door. You double vanity with linen tower and new toilet install installed.

This bathroom is a shared bathroom amongst the three bedrooms in the upper level. It was a complete gut with all new plumbing to properly support a double vanity new shower valves curb a shower all new waterproofing on new tiles trim, paint pot lights, and new bathroom. New double vanity with toilet and custom barn door style shower door.
