I’m glad I built my business up the the name it holds today and I didn’t allow people to bring me down by listening to all the s**t coming from a certain individual from Millbrook, he was pi**ed to no end that I left because he knew my work was up to code and I knew my stuff. There’s not one person or job I did in the last 15 years that would tell you different. I built this name on my own with no grants, no handouts, no help from anyone at all and I’m glad I went out and used my knowledge to help the people that I did and am still helping on reserve and all across Nova Scotia. Last 4 years of operating a business I always had work to keep me going, with bookings into next year with no workers but myself and that’s something to be proud of. I approached my own community leaders with full intentions to help them navigate the problem they have with shortage of workers and to take some of the work load off them in the last year numerous times only to be ignored and shunned. This opportunity I offered to them will not be put on the table again and I’ll continue to work with homeowners 1 on 1 and focus on what I do best is making people happy and doing great work. Getting accepted into school and having the opportunity to upgrade all my credentials is gonna open many doors and will allow me to reach my goal because that’s what happens when you don’t rely on other people and you focus on a lifestyle that will benefit you and your family. After hearing numerous times you’ll never make it , well here I am going strong and it’s only getting better. What’s your lost is my gain.
