Develop Territory Plans

Identifies A, B, and C customers and the appropriate call / communication frequency to maintain strong relationships.

Keep a daily record of all calls, contacts, and relevant customer information.
Keep a weekly record of all pertinent information required for reporting to management and to assist in planning and discussion during sales management meetings.
Maintain a comprehensive Customer/Prospect Card binder for details on customer visits and to assist in continued sales development.
Build Strong Customer Relationships
Develop strong personal and professional business relationships with key customer buying influencers and their support personnel.
Create an environment of trust, co-commitment, and mutual respect & support.
Support commitments to customers by following up after the sale to ensure satisfaction.

General Functionality:

Job Summary: The Service Technician is accountable for the proficient installation and routine maintenance of industrial equipment, specializing in Energylogic waste oil furnaces, boilers, Landa industrial pressure washers, etc. A substantial portion of this role involves constructing mounts, setting up chimneys in new and existing buildings, and performing general equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. This position demands extensive travel within the Maritime provinces, including overnight stays during specific periods. A base salary is provided during regular working hours, supplemented with an additional $6 per hour when on the road overnight.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN – Job Description.

The Service Technician shall be responsible for the installation & routine maintenance of industrial equipment sold by the company. This will include Energylogic waste oil furnaces, boilers, Landa industrial pressure washers, etc. The construction of ceiling mounts, wall mounts, set-up & install of chimneys in both new construction and existing buildings will be a significant part of the job performance. This position will also include routine cleanings of all equipment, general maintenance & trouble shooting duties. Extensive travel throughout the Maritime provinces conducting routine maintenance & new installations will be involved.
