Our largest build to date is complete! Three buildings on the same property!

We fought snow, wind, rain, mud, rain and bugs. The inconveniences were unrelenting. Fortunately for us, it's now Summer and we're complete!

Building #1 - 40x80x14 Mancave! This one has a 40x40 double Bay garage with a 40x40 recreation space!

Building #2 - 92x140x18 Arena and Stables! This one has a 22x140 stable section attached to a 70x140 riding arena.

Building #3 - 30x40x16 Hayshed.

70x140x18 Riding Arena with 22x140x12 stables complete!

Just over 7 weeks of work involved in this project which was hampered by weather delays but we are finally complete!

Over 4,600ft² of kickwall.
40 sheets of G2S Birch Plywood
168 - 20ft long ceiling sheets
144 - 38ft roof sheets
1674 insulation batts
25,000 screws

4 snow days
8 mud days
3 wind days

I'm incredibly impressed with the crews ability to slam out over 100 sheets today using over 5000 screws in the process.

We are trying so freaking hard to keep busy on this big project but we've fought wind, snow, rain, mud, frost, wind, and all sorts of delays.

The ground is dry, we have new equipment, the sun is out. It's time to build!
