Yellowknife, we're coming back again! With the Canada Greener Homes Grant sunsetting at the end of this year, we wanted to give you all another chance to to complete your applications with a post-retrofit EnerGuide Evaluation.

But that's not all we're doing! We know that the demand for evaluations for loan applications is just as high, so we're ready to help out with those too! Our advisor will be working in Yellowknife starting September 15, and spots for this trip are limited and filling up fast! Give us a call at 1 800 604 0234 or go to coeff.ca/book-now so that we can get you scheduled.

Yellowknife, you may have heard that the Canada Greener Homes Grant is officially ending as of December 31, 2025. If you're still waiting on a post-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation to complete your application, we have good news.

We will have an experienced Energy Advisor in Yellowknife the week of September 15. We can complete your post-evaluation and help you finish the process, even if another company did your initial assessment.

Looking to move forward with your Canada Greener Homes Loan application instead? We can assist with that too.

Since our availability for the trip is limited, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible. Contact us at 1-800-604-0234 or visit coeff.ca/book-now to schedule your evaluation.

This year World Environment Day falls on June 5. Some steps that we can adopt to protect our environment include:

1. Using energy-efficient devices in our homes and offices
2. Reducing consumption, reusing as much as possible and recycling
3. Conserving electricity and water
4. Performing energy-evaluations to identify energy losses and adopt measures to reduce or eliminate them
