Your next favourite space could be right downstairs.

A comfortable family room, a home office, space for guests—or simply more room to enjoy your home. A thoughtfully finished basement can make all the difference.

These photos showcase a basement we completed in a new build, with the care and attention to detail we bring to our renovation projects.

NVD is booking basement renovations for the winter months. Whether you’re finishing an unfinished basement or updating an existing space, we can help you plan and build it.

Send us a message to discuss your ideas and winter availability.

A lot happens before the cabinets ever get installed.

Meetings like this are where we review layouts, refine details, compare finishes, and make sure the design works both visually and functionally.

Custom homes are never one size fits all - and that’s exactly the point ✨
