Two days of innovation. One incredible industry collaboration.

Integrity Tech Days brought our facility to life on October 20th & 21st, welcoming over 300 attendees for a closer look at the technologies shaping the future of manufacturing.

From live equipment demonstrations to conversations with industry experts, the event showcased how advanced tooling, injection molding and surface technology can come together to unlock new possibilities for our customers.

A major highlight was the opportunity to demonstrate PUR in-mold coating applications using full-scale production equipment. Working alongside ELMANN, ENGEL North America, Oerlikon HRSflow, Mankiewicz Coating Solutions and Nissha, we brought together the expertise and technology needed to explore new applications, test ideas and help customers move forward with confidence.

At Integrity, we believe progress comes from challenging what’s possible, investing in new capabilities and working alongside partners who share that vision.

Thank you to everyone who attended, our technology partners who helped bring this event to life, and our entire Integrity team for making it happen.

This is what moving manufacturing forward looks like.

This Manufacturing Day, we welcomed high school students to our Synergy 1 campus for a firsthand look at modern manufacturing.

Seeing real work on a real shop floor inspires more than any motivational poster. Skilled trades offer rewarding careers built on craftsmanship and purpose, and we're proud to help introduce the next generation to them.

Thank you to the students, educators, and our team for making it happen!

A little sunshine, great food, and an even better team. ☀️

Today was about stepping away from the work for a moment to celebrate everything our people have accomplished and enjoy some well-deserved time together.

Because behind every milestone is a team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have some fun along the way.

Thank you .yqg, + 🍔🍕

I am a programmer with Integrity Tool & Mold. I started as a moldmaker apprentice while still in high school in the OYAP apprentice program in 2004, and was hired on as a full-time team member in April 2005. I feel like I’ve had a very long journey with Integrity and have learned so much over my career. I machined cores and cavities, did 2D work on boring mills, and machined welds and engineering changes before moving to SMLC where I had to do everything at once. I now work at our HD2 facility programming jobs for our SMLC department. Every day in programming brings something different. One day I could be programming slides/lifters/inserts/hookslides/main inserts, or even front sides and back of cores or cavities. It keeps things interesting because it’s never the same thing twice.

Working in the programming office has been a great experience for me so far and gets better every day because the leadership and team are great. We all help each other out and work together on strategies and plans so we can get things done efficiently with the best results possible. I’m lucky to be able to work with such a good group of experienced people. I’ve worked with some of the most helpful and supportive folks over the past 2+ decades that have helped shape me into the person I am today.

It’s nice to be able to work for an industry-leaning company that’s driven to use the best technology and resources there is to offer. Paul has always pushed to use the newest computers, machines, and versions of software to help us make the absolute best products and this is an incredible privilege to have.

I’m Jon Curtis, and I work at Integrity.
