1.2 million litres installed. One incredible team.

After a week and a half up north (4 hours north of Sault Ste. Marie) this evacuation centre project is complete.

There were delays, long days, changing plans, and plenty of challenges along the way..but the crew showed up every day and got ‘er done. 💪🏻

A huge thank you to everyone involved, especially those who spent time away from their families to make this project a success. Doug was away from home and his family for the entire duration of the job, and his commitment and involvement played a huge role in its success. We are so thankful for Doug 👏

We’re proud of what was accomplished, proud of the team behind it, and excited for what’s ahead this construction season.

Cheers to a project we won’t soon forget. 🍻

In our industry, toughness is often worn like a badge of honour.

Long hours. Early mornings. Physical work. Providing for your family. Pushing through no matter what.

But somewhere along the way, many men were taught that being strong means staying quiet.

The truth is, strength isn’t pretending everything is fine when it isn’t..

In Canada, men account for approximately 75% of all su***de deaths, that’s 3 out of 4 su***des. Nearly 10 men die by su***de every day.

That’s a conversation we can’t afford to avoid.

This month, we’re encouraging our team, our customers, and our community to check in with the people around them. Ask the question. Make the phone call. Have the conversation.

Because being a man doesn’t mean carrying everything alone.

At Newmarket Precast, we’re proud to work alongside hardworking men every day! They are fathers, sons, brothers, husbands, friends, and teammates. Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health.

Let’s continue breaking the stigma and reminding each other that it’s okay to talk. It’s okay to break down that hard exterior, and show softness.

‼️ THE FINAL MORNING UPDATE ‼️ After a week and a half, some delays, and lots of hard work, the crew is in the final stretch! Huge shoutout to the installation crew, the truck drivers, the production team here at NPCP, and to Doug 🍻 this couldn’t have been done without the hard work and effort (and planning) from everyone involved! We are so honoured to be part of a project this large and important for an Indigenous Community in Northern Ontario! (Also, I know you all see those mosquitos & blackflies … yikes!🫢)
