Stakeholder Gold Corp. (SRC: TSX.V)

Stakeholder Gold Corp. (SRC: TSX.V) Created specifically to discover a new gold deposit in Canada's Yukon. The Company holds an ever expanding portfolio of underexplored properties in Yukon.

Stakeholder Gold Corp. gained its listing on the TSX Venture Exchange and started trading under the symbol "SRC" on June 21, 2012 following approval of the transaction to spin-out the Yukon assets from Hinterland Metals Inc. Its first exploration season started immediately and work was completed on both the Dawson Range properties in western Yukon and the Culvert project in eastern Yukon. Most of

the work involved geochemical soil surveys and, despite a short season, Stakeholder's exploration crew was able to collect close to 5,700 samples. Stakeholder was also busy expanding its Yukon portfolio and in August acquired the CC, Tak and VO properties by option and the Selwyn project by staking. Currently the Company controls 1,298 claims spread over 9 individual gold properties. Moving forward, Stakeholder is well positioned in Yukon with the Ballarat and Culvert projects showing very strong surface results and clearly defined drill targets. The Selwyn property is strategically located, shows great promise and will be the main focus of surface exploration in 2012. Of course no work can be accomplished without funding. Stakeholder raised a total of $2,231,875 in 2011 in three separate private placements. At year end it had working capital of $907,780 of which $477,275 is dedicated to exploration. The anticipated exploration budget for 2012 is $1.8 million so approximately $1.3 million of additional funding is required in order to complete all of the projected expenditures. Things are settling down in Yukon after two years of wild speculation, strong promotion and misguided exploration work. The recent gold discoveries in Yukon have put the Territory clearly on the world map as a prospective gold destination. Yukon has turned a corner and will not return to the sleepy backwater that it once was. The pretenders have all pulled out and are on to the next area or commodity play wherever or whatever it may be. The enterprises that remain, including Stakeholder, are dedicated to advancing their projects to the production stage and making new discoveries. Stakeholder mirrors the Yukon exploration industry as a whole in that the 2011 season saw most of the effort put into claim acquisition and surface exploration, whereas there will be relatively more drilling in 2012. With drilling there is always the opportunity for new discoveries. At Stakeholder, we are all eager to get the exploration season underway, improve the Company's prospects for the future and become a leader in Yukon's resurgence as a mining centre.
