A UAV-borne magnetic survey uses drone-mounted sensors to measure variations in the Earth's magnetic field across a property, producing high-resolution maps of subsurface geology. These maps help geologists identify structural corridors, faults, and rock contacts that can control where gold deposits form. We completed a 3,815 line-kilometre magnetic survey at our Confederation Project, which identified a new district-scale structural corridor and multiple priority targets for follow-up exploration.
