As part of the reorganization, Cloudbreak Discovery (Cloudbreak) will realign its focus on energy royalty acquisitions, primarily in the US where CDL has the Masten Unit & Butte Strawn assets, whilst also continuing to acquire minority interests in energy projects.

The mineral exploration segment of the business will be developed and operated through a wholly owned subsidiary of Cloudbreak, to be named Cloudbreak Exploration Inc (Cloudbreak Exploration).

The Company will undergo strategic realignment to streamline ongoing initiatives, efficiently deploy capital & focus efforts in line with management expertise. Both Mr Kutluoglu & Mr Bartsch will release their positions at Cloudbreak to focus fully on Cloudbreak Exploration.

Operational updates include Cloudbreak receiving its first royalty payment from the Masten Unit Energy project after entering an agreement with G2 Energy in May 2022, as well as the commencement of drilling programmes at Silver Switchback and La Blache.

In BC, Cloudbreak successfully completed exploration programmes and optioned the Yak, Atlin West, Rizz & Icefall projects. CDL also formed a copper-focused strategic alliance with Alianza Minerals Ltd., with the Klondike & Stateline projects being optioned to Allied Copper Corp.

Also in FY2022, Cloudbreak acquired a 3.25% overriding royalty interest on the producing Masten Unit Energy project in Texas - the Company's first royalty acquisition. In addition, CDL entered into two agreements for petroleum blocks 1724 & 2019, located onshore Namibia.

Several prominent structures were identified & the results will provide valuable information to understand the property's geologic story & delineate targets. Cloudbreak intends to follow up on this survey in 2023 with a surface program of mapping, prospecting & soil sampling.

Foggy Mountain is situated in the Todoggone region in north central British Columbia, located immediately east of the past producing Kemess Mine. Over its life, Kemess produced approx. 3 million ounces of gold and 800 million pounds of copper, according to Government of British Columbia.

Cloudbreak's focus is now on identifying a partner to further explore Foggy Mountain’s full potential.
