Project update: Footings are stripped and ready for backfill. Next up: framing this second-story deck.
Each footing base is 32”x32”x10” thick, with a 10”x10” column. We wet-set our knife plates for max strength.
These footings are built to hold serious weight—a hot tub and a glass roof—so they had to be BIG.
