We are delighted to share that our Chvaletice Demonstration Plant has successfully produced high-purity manganese sulphate monohydrate ( ). This marks another de-risking milestone for our company and enables us to:

➡️ Produce larger-scale bulk samples to cater to prospective customers' testing and qualification needs.
➡️ Prepare intermediate process stream and residue samples as required for vendor testing of process equipment for the commercial plant.
➡️ Produce by-product samples for testing and potential marketing of such by-products, e.g. magnesium carbonate.

We are pleased to announce that we have finalized a Land Access Agreement with ČEZ. Key Highlights include:

➡️ Land access secured to approximately 60% of the Proven + Probable manganese Reserves in the Chvaletice tailings area.
➡️ The Lease Agreement is based on a sliding scale revenue royalty. The royalty mechanism allows anticipated project finance debt covenants to be met.
➡️ The Company has now secured access to approximately 85% of the total Reserves of the Project.
